One can treat oneself to a night out at a favourite restaurant once ample has been saved. By putting money aside daily as opposed to having spent it on candy or other luxury items, it builds up quickly and is a great way of curbing the budget that would normally have been spent on things that are not healthy. It is rewarding to see the results mount up during the course of the month.

Keeping healthy is a constant effort and one that is tested everyday and every minute of each day whether one likes it or not. It is all about what is put in the mouth but keeping to a regimen is rewarding in more ways than one. One just feels better and has better energy to cope with all those challenges that present themselves.
