Not everyone can just easily distinguish what particular issues and advantages could have been experienced in schools. The best part is observations are done in random. When the team visits, it would be achieved randomly. Therefore, the effectiveness is clearly present due to not giving preparations at all. Things might look staged if ever everyone is aware when certain observations happen.
