Diet is popular method; many people try it not only to reduce some pounds, but also to maintain their health. There are many diet programs on the internet, you may choose one that suits you best or you can follow our diet program below. However, this is intended to someone who wants to reduce weight faster.

One week diet; Fasting

This particularly one week diet program will not tell you what you could or couldn’t eat. You can eat whatever you want, your favorite foods (it’s better to exclude Junk Food or any other deep fried food) every day, but you can only EAT ONCE a day. In first week you have six hours window to eat, don’t get too greedy, but it’s okay to have your stomach full. The six hours window is for your choosing, for example you want to eat at between 10am and 4pm. The time window will have to be the same for a week. After the window is closed, you cannot eat anything else just mineral water. If you feel hungry just have something to drink. The last one is the hardest part, do not EAT anything a whole day between Monday to Sunday, it’s better you pick any day with less activity or you can just ignore it, but for better result I hope you will follow through. I know these sounds crazy, but some of the people have tried and most of them succeed. I can almost guarantee that in a week you will lose more than 10 pounds.

The second week and on is more challenging, you only have three hours window to eat and of course one day of not eating anything expect drink mineral water. This will be painful, but remember do not force yourself too much. This is rather extreme, but you will reduce your weight faster than any diet you ever been. Many people who have tried it will have a slight headache and stomachache in the first three days. The wonder of our body is that they can adjust your eating habit and in the fourth day you only feel hungry (you are on a diet). This diet is not worked on everybody, if you feel any complication in the fourth day you can stop, but if you don’t you can carry on.

You can always go to the doctor to do regular checkup, do not tell the doctor about your diet because he will freak out, you will be amaze that most people become healthier than ever. After you have your ideal body weight you can stop, you can eat regularly three times a day, but do not become greedy or those hateful fats will return.

Since you will undergo an extreme diet, your exercise will not be so hard. After you awake, do ten push-ups and ten sit-ups, then do a warming up. Next, you will have to run for 10 minutes or walk for 30 minutes, and that’s all. In the afternoon, it’s better if you go to a gym to shape your body. Remember you don’t need to do some hard works; you will need only 30 minutes of your time. You don’t need to go there every day; you can practice maybe three times a week. When you are not in a gym, you still have to do exactly like you do in the morning. I know you won’t believe, but your body will be more athletic than ever in just a month.

I bet you all are wondering; why meditation? I know you have heard many people are complaining about their diet programs, feels frustrated, and that can cause a lot of stress. In order to your diet program to work you need to focus, you need to endure hunger. You do this diet program happily then meditation is not necessary, but for those of you who don’t own that luxury try to meditate. The ideal time will be after you exercise and have shower in the morning meaning just before you go to work. Maybe, you can do that before you go to sleep at night
