When you are not feeling well or you have an area that is painful, you might find it unbearable to concentrate or have the will power to do anything. With the busy lives everyone leads picking up something is often done with little thought. This can cause you problems in your future. You should rather get into the habit of using your legs to pick things up instead of your back.

You should do some kind of exercise this will strengthen your muscles and help you feel better. You can find a sport that you like and get your whole family to join you as well. This will make it easier to stay with the exercise if you do it as a family.
