BODYWEIGHT CORE EXERCISES: V-Up 
1) Starting position: Lie on the floor or bench with knees bent and hands outstretched toward the ceiling. Conductors must be in the neutral position with a space between chin and chest.
2) Leading with the chin and chest towards the ceiling, contract the abdominal and raise shoulders floor or bench. Also raise the legs up to the ceiling and try to touch your hands to your feet.

3) back to the starting position.
